Which programme is right for me?

That depends on your goals. The Women's Only Programme is ideal for beginners and ambitious athletes who want to learn MMA. The Competition Programme is for advanced fighters who want to refine their game. The Police Programme is specifically designed for law enforcement officers. If you need more individual attention, Personal Training is your best choice.

What's the difference between group training and personal training?

In group training, you benefit from the energy and motivation of a community. Personal Training offers you full attention, individual adaptation, and faster progress. You can also combine both – many of my clients do group training and supplement it with 1-2 personal training sessions per week for intensive improvements.

I have no martial arts experience. Can I still start?

Absolutely! The Women's Only Programme is specifically designed for beginners. I'll teach you step by step – from the basics in striking, clinch, and grappling to tactical concepts. Safety and controlled learning come first. Most of my clients are beginners.

What is Functional Patterns and how does it help me?

Functional Patterns (FP) is a holistic training system that restores your natural movement patterns and optimizes your body. Instead of training isolated muscles, I work on your whole-body coordination. This helps you become pain-free, improve your posture, and reduce stress at the same time. FP is perfect for anyone who wants to optimize their biomechanics.

Why is MMA the king of martial arts?

MMA combines striking, clinch, and ground fighting – so it challenges you comprehensively. No other sport demands competence in so many areas. MMA trains not only your body but also your mental strength, reaction speed, and decision-making. These skills are valuable not just in the cage, but in everyday life too.

Is the Women's Only Programme only for absolute beginners?

No! The programme is beginner-friendly, but ambitious athletes with MMA experience also benefit from it. It provides structured, comprehensive MMA knowledge – with theoretical and practical expertise. Many take it to solidify their fundamentals or prepare for sparring.

How long until I see progress?

That depends on your starting point. Many of my clients report better posture and less pain after just 2-3 weeks. Mental changes (more confidence, less stress) typically become noticeable after 4-6 weeks. For technical progress in MMA, we're looking at a minimum of 8-12 weeks for a solid foundation.

Can I switch between programmes?

Yes! You can switch or combine programmes anytime. Many clients start with the Women's Only Programme (or another), then move to Personal Training or supplement their group training later with 1:1 sessions. The important thing is finding what works for you and your goals.

What is TSG and why this name?

TEAM SÈNEGALEZE GAZELLE is more than just a name – it's an identity. The name came about spontaneously when I stepped in as a last-minute fighter for my first fight. My friends filled out the registration form and chose the name that reflects my athleticism and agility. Today, TSG stands for efficiency, longevity, structure, and the courage to forge your own path.

Isn't martial arts too dangerous?

No! My training is specifically adapted and safe. I focus on technique, control, and safety – not high-performance sport or aggressive sparring sessions. You learn controlled movements and I build you up step by step. As an MMA fighter with 10+ years of experience, I know how to properly dose intensity.

Do I need special equipment?

No! For training with me, you don't provide any equipment yourself. You only need comfortable sportswear. I have all necessary training materials (gloves, pads, heavy bag, etc.) available. For online sessions or home training, you need almost nothing – just your body and some space.
