Our offers are aimed at people of all ages (including kids and teens) – from beginners to pros. Whether you want to get fitter and more pain-resilient, build functional strength for work and everyday life, or specifically level up your MMA performance: we have the right training and programme for you.
Our training complements every sport or gym routine you already do. Think of it as deep, foundational training for posture, stability, efficient movement, injury and pain resilience, sustainable strength building, and longevity. Our programmes are structured training plans in small groups – perfect if you like clear guidance, focused attention from the teacher & coach, and exchange with like-minded people. Our personal training is fully individualized with a strong focus on your biomechanics and fascia. We analyse your movement patterns, goals, and challenges to build a tailored plan – ideal for targeted progress, 1:1 coaching, or specific requirements.
Functional Patterns is a holistic training system that optimizes posture, movement patterns, and biomechanical efficiency. It helps reduce pain, prevent injuries, and build deep, functional strength – for daily life, your job, or your sport.
We begin with a detailed assessment: movement analysis, discussion of your goals, physical prerequisites, and possible limitations. Based on that, we create an individual and dynamic training plan and recommend the most suitable programme.
No. We work with beginners as well as experienced athletes and competitors of every age. The training is always adapted to your level. It can even be an advantage if you’re not “pre-conditioned”, because conventional training often focuses on isolated movements or maximum intensity. Without optimal joint alignment and muscle-chain integration, that can lead to imbalances and a higher risk of pain or injury.
Yes – many of our clients come to us precisely because of discomfort. We work holistically, pay attention to clean movement patterns, and adapt the training so it strengthens you instead of stressing you.
That depends on your goals. Most people achieve great results with 2–3 sessions per week. During fight camps or for demanding professions (e.g. police, fire brigade), a higher frequency can make sense.
Depending on the offer and your preference: at our studio or gym in Mannheim, at your home, online via video call, or hybrid if you want to combine multiple options.
For most sessions, comfortable sportswear and a bit of space are enough. For MMA training, you’ll need gloves, a mouthguard, and possibly shin guards. We’re happy to advise you on gear if needed.
Depending on the offer, you pay per package, per month, or per session. Pricing is discussed transparently in the initial consultation – with no hidden costs.
Yes. We offer targeted assessments and training plans for professions with high physical demands – including strength, endurance, mobility, pain resilience, and tactical movement patterns.
Many clients feel improvements in body awareness, posture, and strength after just a few sessions. Sustainable physical changes usually occur within 6–12 weeks, depending on training frequency, nutrition, and recovery.
MMA combines striking, clinch, wrestling, and ground fighting (grappling, Jiu Jitsu), so it challenges you more completely than any other sport. That’s also why it’s so effective for self-defence. No other discipline demands competence in so many areas. MMA also trains your mind – mental toughness, reaction speed, and decision-making – skills you need in fights and in daily life.
Yes! You can switch or combine at any time. We look out for everyone in the TSG family and share recommendations. Many members start with Women's Only (or another programme), move into personal training later, or add 1:1 sessions to their group training – and vice versa. The main thing is finding what fits you and your goals.
TEAM SÈNEGALEZE GAZELLE is more than a name – it’s an identity. Our founder Sangoné Sène stepped in for his first fight at short notice, and his friends filled out the registration form using the nickname his military comrades gave him because of his athleticism and agility. Today, TSG also stands for efficiency, longevity, logic, and the calm confidence to follow your own path.
TSG training focuses on fascia, biomechanics, and foundations – so it’s much safer than typical “all-out” sessions. No senseless brawling or aggressive sparring. If you move technically clean, explosively, and with calm control, you can handle tough rounds easily. We teach controlled movement and build you up step by step. With 10+ years of MMA experience, our head coach Sangoné knows exactly how to dose intensity.
